📘 GIIDM – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GIIDM (Global Institute of Internet & Digital Marketing).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, participation, and access to GIIDM’s live online courses and services.
By joining a course or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the course fees.
• Students must provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone, etc.) at the time of registration.
• GIIDM reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application based on eligibility or seat availability.

2. Course Structure

• All classes are conducted live online (no recorded sessions).
• Each batch consists of maximum 10 students, ensuring personal attention and mentorship.
• Batch timings are flexible — options include Sunday-only or twice-a-week schedules.
• Classes are held via Google Meet or other secure platforms.

3. Course Fee & Payment

• The total fee for the Diploma in E-Commerce Marketing (3 months) is ₹35,000 INR (inclusive of 18% GST).
• Payment can be made online through Razorpay, Paytm, or other secure gateways.
• Registration/Token fees are non-refundable.
• Any promotional or discount offers are time-limited and may change without prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation

• Partial refunds may be granted under special circumstances at GIIDM’s discretion.
• No refund will be issued once the student has attended more than 3 classes.
• In case of unavoidable issues, students can request a batch transfer (subject to seat availability).
• Refund requests must be made in writing via support@giidm.com within 7 days of course commencement.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Attend classes on time and maintain professional behavior during sessions.
• Not share meeting links, class recordings, or course materials outside the batch.
• Not use the name “GIIDM” or its brand assets without prior written permission.

GIIDM holds the right to suspend or remove a participant who violates these rules.

6. Course Content & Updates

GIIDM reserves the right to:

• Modify, improve, or update course topics, tools, or structure to stay aligned with current industry practices.
• Change class schedules or trainers if required, with reasonable notice to students.

All updates are made with the goal of improving student learning outcomes.

7. Certification

Students who successfully complete the full course and projects will receive a GIIDM Certificate of Completion.
Participation certificates or special recognitions may be offered based on performance and attendance.

8. Limitation of Liability

GIIDM shall not be held liable for:

• Technical disruptions, internet failures, or external tool malfunctions
• Any indirect losses arising from use of materials or platform issues
• Career or placement outcomes dependent on external factors beyond our control

9. Code of Conduct

GIIDM promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Any harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior during live sessions will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
