π° GIIDM β Return & Refund Policy

At GIIDM (Global Institute of Internet & Digital Marketing), we aim to provide a high-quality learning experience through live and interactive online sessions.
Since our training programs are conducted live and require advance scheduling, certain refund and rescheduling conditions apply as outlined below.
1. No Physical Returns
GIIDM offers digital educational services only.
We do not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, the concept of βreturnβ does not apply to our services.
2. Token / Registration Fees
- The token amount or initial registration fee paid during enrollment is strictly non-refundable.
- This fee secures your seat in the selected batch and covers administrative costs.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in special cases and under the following conditions:
- If the student submits a valid written request for withdrawal within 7 days of course start.
- If the student has attended not more than 3 classes.
- If there is a verified technical issue or schedule conflict caused by GIIDM.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10β15 working days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the student has attended more than 3 classes.
- If the student fails to attend classes due to personal reasons (schedule, health, travel, etc.).
- If the student violates GIIDMβs code of conduct or terms of use.
- If the student has accessed live materials or resources.
5. Batch Change / Rescheduling
- Students may request a batch transfer only once, and only if they have attended up to 3 classes.
- Batch transfers are subject to seat availability and approval by the management team.
- Once transferred, no further changes or refunds will be entertained.
6. Course Cancellation by GIIDM
In rare cases, if GIIDM cancels or postpones a batch due to unavoidable reasons (such as trainer unavailability or technical issues), students will be:
- Offered an option to join the next available batch, or
- Provided a full refund (if they choose not to continue).
7. How to Request a Refund
To apply for a refund:
- Write an email to support@giidm.com with your name, registered contact number, and payment details.
- Mention the reason for the refund request clearly.
- The request will be reviewed and responded to within 3β5 business days.
